UTOPIA GASTRONOMICA is a series of articles about the future of gastronomy in connection with increasing digitalisation. Initially only in the form of blog articles, it evolved into a 44-page magazine at the end of 2019. This was followed in 2021 by a 69-page e-book with various spin-offs.
